Within walking distance of restaurants in Leadville, and 5 min drive to Safeway grocery store. House was equipped with everything one needs and very weak kept and very clean. Fully recommend it!“

The background noise machine was pleasant as we were greeted with the sound of chirping birds and the place smelled nice. We enjoyed visiting the near by fish hatchery and Twin Lakes. „Cute little tiny house, walking distance to downtown, with mountain views. Was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of room to sleep the 4 of us, with room to spare. Only complaints are that the A/C unit is more of a decoration than a reality, and we lost a wallet while we were there (realized after we left) and the owner/property manager never got back to us with whether they found it or not, despite us reaching out multiple times and them responding that they'd let us know. “
