Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. „We had a rather mixed experience at Wenns Chop & Ale House. While the location was great and the restaurant offered some great options, the room left much to be desired. The disappointment began when we entered our room. What we have booked was advertised as a deluxe apartment on Hotels.com. The pictures on the platform had promised a spacious room with a comfortable sofa and an impressive bathtub in the middle of the room, along with a view of the minster. The listing even mentioned a city ...

„The communications throughout have been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. I was I able to leave our car in their car park well before check in time. With it being Sunday I was unable to book a Taxi to our granddaughters christening. Staff very kindly offered and drove us the 12 miles to the church! Absolutely outstanding!!!! The whole experience was fantastic and I highly rercommend the Pig Shed Motel for beautiful rooms, very tranquil location and outstanding customer service!“
