„When we came to check in there was a couple in front of us that had just checked in and they were back up at the desk because their lights and AC did not work in their room. Took them about 15 minutes to get them another room. Finally got our rooms, went up and the floor was drenched. Water pouring in from somewhere. Went back down to the desk to get another room. Went up to that one and that floor was also pouring in water. They gave us towels to soak up the water. Told us that the maid had ...

„Upon check-in, entered first of 2 rooms reserved. Toilet made a terrible squeekling noise when being flushed. Air conditioner rattled and door stuck opening (221). 2nd room the ceiling fan in bathroom sounded like it was stuck and not spinning freely, air conditioner was missing control knobs, and water pressure in shower was very low. Property was was not well maintained and in serious need of upgrades and renovations. The free breakfast was all packaged food, nothing fresh.“
