There was no kitchen as prescribed only a simple camping cook plate and a old dirty microwave. No washing machine or dryer as prescribed. The outside terrace where to dirty chairs in front of the garage. Floors were dusty. We were 3 adults with two chairs. A/C only in one room. Owner came in one day later to fix a new one, which ...

„This is a great place for a long weekend stay. The hosts were very gracious. The location is very convenient to the Variety Store and 1718. The whole house water filtration system is impressive and probably some of the cleanest water you will get anywhere. Would definitely come back. “

„Nice little place for two. Spotless, with plenty of quality towels and linens, easy check-in, and entry. Washer/Dryer a big plus. A map to show location of unit would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for us and a KS would make this place perfect. Great location on the sound. “

„We loved the cottage with surrounding trees. The weather was lovely, so we could leave doors open to feel natural cool breezes! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Host answered questions about the surrounding area. One thing I noticed is that the front screen door needs some repair work. Also, it is difficult to turn cold water tap off in shower. Overall, we give the cottage a A rating. We’d like to stay there again! “
