„I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!“

„Overall, my stay at the resort was good. The location is fantastic—being just steps away from the beach was definitely a highlight. The food was great as well, with no complaints there. „Well kept!! The ocean view was really nice.. We could walk to some shops and Resturants which was nice..The Maid service wasn't great. High prices on everything in the resort.. who wants to pay $8.00 for a little package of M&Ms? To me that was ridiculous.. The resort was really nice till all the families brought their kids and left them unattended in the pool area. Overall the resort was really nice..“

"Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
