„We had a wonderful three days at Upstairs at 33. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we would definitely recommend it. Communication with the property was excellent about arrival and access arrangements. The staff in the lovely cafe downstairs were excellent and we had very good breakfasts there each day. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and we would certainly recommend Ounce for good and service. We certainly hope to return to Upstairs at 33. Andrew & Corrina“

„The room was gorgeous and in general, the location was perfect, very central and down by the river. But if you are a solo traveller and early riser, spending the evening in the room was made a bit sour because of the very loud music from the hotel restaurant, even through the closed window. Also, the WiFi was totally unreliable, which was annoying. “

„This old coaching inn has been well revamped, service is first class. The food was excellent with good response to individual needs. Although pricey the rooms were up to a high standard. The roll top bath, with no screen, was a triumph of design over functionality. There was nowhere to put the soap! Having a shower without flooding the floor was tricky. The Chef produced first class dishes on every occasion. “

„We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. “
