„Got to the property to be told my booking was supposedly canceled but there was nothing on my end through Expedia, and I had already paid with no refund either. The guy that the front desk said he had no rooms and my reservation was canceled and I should have my money back. But then I showed him it wasn’t canceled on my side.. he then proceeds to tell me he can show me one room he has and walks me to the room. It’s the exact room that I had booked, yet I was supposedly canceled.. the property ...
