„Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber. Schade war, dass das Essen in den Restaurants (Buffet etc) nicht sehr abwechslungsreich war. Bei einem 2-wöchigem Aufenthalt freut man sich dann schon auf eine andere Küche! Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.“

„I had a wonderful time though I put 3 stars I would still go back, sone issues though were I had to keep requesting for my room to get cleaned if I’m not mistaken my room wasn’t cleaned until the third day I was there, also I understand that tipping is a big part of their culture but please do not beg me to tip or do very small acts of kindness all to just get a tip. I love Negril, Jamaica can’t wait to be back. Oh and lastly please build ATM’s on the resort and please make it possible that all ...

„When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs. The floor was cracked and the ceiling had spider webs. Then, the main entrance had a flood“
