If you're going in the winter there is a great, new sauna on the deck. We had a great time grilling on the propane griddle and relaxing on the deck. Peaceful and quiet. Be aware, if you are tall, the doorways are a little low, and one of the bedrooms is just off the kitchen and not private.“

There were 5 of us and it was nice to have room to move about and be able to go to another room just to get away from one another for space. Had we been in a hotel room we would have been on top of one another and been cramped up with our luggage. „Hikers Hollow is so incredibly lovely. We started a yearly girl's trip to go to this cabin because it's just perfect-- the wood burning sauna is especially wonderful and nestled in the woods next to a river. „The other reviews were right about the mouse. I saw it run inside the house. The water pressure is horrible. If someone is showering no one else could use the water. And the water temp was all over the place. The beds were way too soft and there was barely any storage for clothes except the closet. Both fridges were full of old expired food when we got there. There was a milk that expired in 2023 in the fridge in the garage. The pool was really nice and the space is a lot bigger in person. “
