Mr. Graves and his team were very attentive and proactively conducted 'touch points' checking in often to make sure that the guests had everything managed appropriately to ensure the best experience possible. „We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. “

„The cabin and grounds were nice and clean. Our friends stayed in the cabin next to us and we enjoyed being able to be together on the grounds, but still have our own space. We were shuttled to and from the river, the staff was very friendly and helpful. “

„Adorable small house! Although it is small it has everything you will need. We sat out on the porch for a while before driving less than 2 minutes to eat and walk around Mammoth Spring Park. We were only there for one night but would love to return. The host, Robie, was very responsive and available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.“

„My son and I came into Arkansas to visit family for vacation. We stayed at the lake house very clean. The weather was a bit muggy but other than that we had a wonderful time and then we got a rain storm which was so awesome to sit on the porch and watch if you’re thinking about staying here I would definitely recommend it.“

„We enjoyed our 3 day stay. The Big Cabin was just right for the 4 of us. Really enjoyed the big back porch after a long day. If anything negative, it would be that there was only 1 bed that wasn't a bunk bed. Look forward to staying again.“
