„Reception was neat and the receptionist was friendly and Hotel seems to be neat from out side. Bed was not made properly the sheets were bulging and the bed was too soft. Seems to be old bed and need to be renewed. The bathroom is well designed but had rusty corners and the shower was not clean. The restaurant service is of low quality and loud as it can get.“

„+: Schnell erreichbar von der A12, schnelle Busanbindung nach Brentwood. Gutes Bett in ruhigem Zimmer. -: Abzugsventilator im Bad defekt, keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden, Toilettenpapier am Ankunftstag nicht auf dem Halter, sondern nur im Reservebereich, Toilette nicht gründlich gespült (altmodische Spülung). Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel in dieser Lage außerhalb eines Ortes und angesichts des nicht gerade niedrigen Zimmerpreises nicht soooo toll. “

„Fantastic hotel! Nothing to complain. As a flight crew we stay in hotels all around and this hotels is very friendly. Breakfast is good, people are friendly, surrounding area is beautiful, I even would choose this hotel for a private vacation! The only disadvantage I had, was that the room was a bit warm and I could only open the window to reduce the temperature. If you close the room the temperature goes up again very quickly. Price of the hotel is more than fair! “

„Nicht so gute Betten. Fenster nur einfach verglast. Großzügiger Raum. Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück üppig, mit viel frischer Auswahl. Schöner Pool und Sauna. Qualitativ besser als vergleichbare Holiday Inn in Großbritannien.“

„First and foremost…the staff…hands down the most kindest and welcoming! I forgot the name of the lady that helped us check-in, but she was so warm and bubbly it helped calm our nerves as we had a very chaotic day and were so ready to sleep! And Claire who we saw the next day, was so caring I had not brought sanitary pads with me on my trip and it was kind of her that she lent me her own! A few days later there was a gentleman at the reception who was very patient with answering the many question ...

"Das Zimmer war an sich sehr gut. Sauber und groß, auch das Badezimmer, und das WLAN war schnell. Aber man muss taub sein, um da schlafen zu können. Es war sehr laut. Die Wände waren wohl dünner als die Papierwände in einem japanischen Haus. Ich konnte meine Nachbarn besser hören als mich selbst, obwohl sie sich eigentlich nur normal unterhielten. Ich werde nie wieder da übernachten."
