„The Bissing House was a DELIGHT. I didn't set out looking for a place like this, but feel VERY fortunate that I found it. Warm and inviting, the place is full of charm. Hays, KS is a really lovely city, and this place exemplifies that. Of special note, the breakfast (with a lovely couple that was traveling a similar path as me, Missouri to Colorado) was exceptional.
