„The view is superb. Very direct magnificent view of Mount Kinabalu. But the aceess into the resort (2km) is not proper tar road. The room is basic with all the necessary amenities and clean. Comfortable stay. The staff is friendly & helpful. They are very oblige to all your needs /request. Thank you.“

„sehr unfreundliches Personal. Darauf achten dass das Langhaus mit Frühstück gebucht wird. Das Reastaurant ist zu Fuss mindestens 15 Min. weg. Kein Shuttle oder eine Möglichkeit auch nur einen Tee zu bekommen obwohl die Anlange auf einer Teeplantage ist.“

„Booked for Queen Bed Room at ground floor for RM239 (before discount). Few times stay at Rose Cabin since 2004. But this time too much difference...a bit run down. It's over priced for the facilities provided. Even spacious room, but no TV, no fan (so stuffy), toilet inside the room with no toiletries, bathroom (hot shower) is outside of the room at the veranda (no privacy) with very little all in one shampoo. Nothing much to do here. Check in/out counter only open from 8am till 8pm. After that ...

„Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit.“
