The staff was awesome, I had an issue with Expedia not send my confirmation number or reservation to the hotel. The staff worked with me for an hour and a half while I was on the phone with expedia to get this matter resolved. I will stay at this and other Hampton Inns in the future. However, I will never book anything thru expedia again.“
