„Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel“

„When we first arrived there was only one check-in person w a line of people checking in and some one trying to purchase a sundry item. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner and food and drinks that was left in the refrigerator. We had to pack up to move down the hot humid hallway but at the least the room was cool and clean. The rooms are definitely dated. I definitely expected more from a Hampton Inn and now owned by Hilton. This felt like a budget hotel.“

They barley hold anything in them. „Room looks fine and is made clean, but also found 2 roaches. Coffeemaker was too dirty to use. Problem is that the type of coffeemaker can`t be cleaned properly as it is open at the top. „This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in! Towels and sheets were all stained and smelled awful. The bedspread had blood or something right in the center of the bed. There weren’t even any trash cans in the room.“

It's clean and well cared for, but it's an old motel used for 1 night stays while people are on the road passing through town. It was good for that and exactly what I expected.
