„While we LOVED the staff and the ACH Lansing property was nice, we HATED having to book it through Expedia. We were there for a funeral and things were not settled when we booked. We needed to delete a night and the non empathy crooks at Excheatya would not let us change the booking. Thankfully, Paige at the property came through. SHE is wonderful.“

„The hotel is consistently clean, quiet and nice. We feel safe and know the rooms are updated regularly and are well maintained. I think they could invest in some new towels but the ones we used were white, clean and acceptable. The bed is way too hard for my husband but the sheets are soft and the pillows are nice. We love this hotel and really miss Tom the cook who used to make breakfast. He’s passed but made this hotel a must stay location. His spirit lives on! We will always stay here when in ...

„The Inn was very welcoming and cozy. The instructions for check-in and the amenities were clear and easy to follow. The room was great especially the jacuzzi and fireplace. Very comfortable robes, a variety of toiletries, complimentary water and breakfast were provided. The muffins were amazing. The host was friendly. The location is right near campus and very walkable to restaurants. Would recommend for a romantic get away.“

„I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. I live in town and passed by it numerous times. We decided to stay here because it was walking distance to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to on NYE and didn't want to have to worry about parking. This hotel had a large parking lot. Super convenient if you are in the area and don't want to deal with driving around and finding parking space. And it's located walking distance to so many restaurants! “
