„We were very disappointed in the stay. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The dishwasher, fireplaces, and heat was not in working order. The staff tried to make things right but without these things it was not the experience we had hoped for. Apparently the other person renting the room next to us was not happy about the accommodations as well and were refunded. We were given $375 back but considering how much we spent it did not seem like enough compensation. Sadly ...

„Ladybug retreat is a cozy getaway, tucked away at the end of a windy drive. Clean and spacious with a large back patio and firepit surrounded by lights. The basement garage has cornhole and some other games which were a blast. Our grandson enjoyed the Xbox too. We were there for a wedding in the area and wished we had more time to stay and enjoy the amenities. You wont regret staying here. It is truly a wonderful place at a great price! „The place was fine, although a little small than we were expecting. The kitchen wasn’t ideal for cooking. I liked how the property wasn’t on a busy road. The stairs were not suitable for my elderly father, but we did see the pictures of them so that’s on us. Otherwise it was cozy “

„The property is a bit off its prime... the deck in the back is not like it appears in the picture. Not a terrible property, but a bit run down. I did appreciate that we were the only ones there and quietness was good for a great nights sleep. Great areas to walk the dog. The property manager was very nice and helpful. Greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got in okay.“

„I love the charm of such an old home!! And the cookies and candies welcoming! The living room fireplace was put to use while we sat around for dinner and watching movies. Paris is lovely village in midst of all the stuff you want to do… vineyards, state park, Upperville Hunters Head and Middleburg down street. “
