The cradled is not working at all and you have to go to the front desk several times. Very unprofessional staff and not once of the cleaning service understands a word in English. „Comfort Suites wurde renoviert und alles war staubig, überall Gerüste und die Zimmer waren sehr abgenutzt. Unter diesen Umständen konnten wir stornieren. Leider war auf der Webseite (sowohl Expedia als auch von Comfort Suites) etwas von den Arbeiten zu lesen!!!!!!!!!!“

The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.“

„Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.“

„ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. “
