„schönes Appartment Hotel aber ohne funktionierende Heizung bei nur 3 Grad Außentemperatur in der Nacht und teilweise am Tag. Ich heb selten so sehr gefroren in einem Hotelzimmer wie in diesem. Der Empfang konnte mir dann glücklicher weise einen Minizusatzlüfter geben, ansonsten wäre ich beim Schlafen erfroren.“

„If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option.“

„No one there for check in i had to call the number above the door, was told the room number and the key was inside on the table. The room was dirty, stains over the bed, holes in walls, front door wouldnt lock. My calls to owner went unanswered, my partner back in Qld rang him and demanded all this be rectified as it wasnt safe for a female to be in an unlockabke room, he arrive 30mins later saw it wouldnt lock and put me in another room that did lock, 1st night there was a lady outside walking ...

„Great spot if you're looking to stay near Mornington. Down the end of a long driveway, so removed from traffic noise. Plenty of room, but cosy. “

„From the start of our stay, everything went so smooth. The check in process and the communication with the host was quick and responsive. The house was super clean and all amenities were functional. What we really surprised us was how much care the host put in the house. The pantry was full of extras that I have never seen in any rental properties. „Such a wonderful family weekend away. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. The photos don’t do the place justice. It has such a wonderful vibe about it; bright, modern and very well-appointed. We especially appreciated that the fittings were of great quality and the kitchen was well stocked not just with cooking utensils but also with sauces to cook and eat with, cupboards were stocked with plenty of tea, coffee, milk and chocolates and chips. „Property manager contacted me directly to inform us that this property was no longer available due to need work done. An alternative property was offered. Given we were a weeek out from our stay, we accepted the alternative as options in the area were extremely limited. The alternative property was passable (just), but was definitely not as we had hoped or paid for. Property manager was very nice, apologetic and friendly.“
