„schönes Appartment Hotel aber ohne funktionierende Heizung bei nur 3 Grad Außentemperatur in der Nacht und teilweise am Tag. Ich heb selten so sehr gefroren in einem Hotelzimmer wie in diesem. Der Empfang konnte mir dann glücklicher weise einen Minizusatzlüfter geben, ansonsten wäre ich beim Schlafen erfroren.“

„The house is very tired in certain places. Front door lock loose leaving the property not feeling very secure. Evidence of break and enter in the front door that has just been painted over. Glass panel's on the front door missing frosting leaving it completely open for anyone to look inside.Windows not working/broken, screens fallen out on certain windows. Main King bed broken with evidence that it has been for while as it was very choked up underneath, therefore the main bedroom is unusable. ...

Given we were a weeek out from our stay, we accepted the alternative as options in the area were extremely limited. The alternative property was passable (just), but was definitely not as we had hoped or paid for. Property manager was very nice, apologetic and friendly.“
