„Das Hotel ist eher einfach und eher renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal ist aber extrem hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich, wie man das von den Südstaaten gewohnt ist.“

„Comfortable, elegant, quality materials“

„Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life.“
