„I highly recommend this hotel. The room is very large and the staff extremly friendly. In principal Mrs. Maria from the security, who was always there to help. As well as Kevin the portier. I also got some wellness sets from the room service for free (miminho da Sra. Vera). Thank you all and I‘d always stay again at Grand Mercure. Although there is currently a construction site at the right side of the building, it didn‘t disturbed me as my room was on the other side with a stunning balcony ...
