„Arrivés à 19h30 avec un bébé de 1 an, partis depuis 7h du matin de Marseille on est arrivé à l’accueil pour un appartement de 3 chambres. Et là on nous dit qu’il n’y a pas d’appartement réservé pour nous alors qu’un montant de 711, euros a déjà été prélevé sur mon compte. On s’est retrouvé dehors à Nottingham dans une ville qu’on ne connaissait pas sans hébergement. Ce n’est pas de la faute de cet établissement mais bien de Expedia!!! Et depuis j’attend squ’on me rembourse!!!! Je ne peux faire ...
