„Property is in a terrible state compared to photos. Dirty, damaged and unsafe. Reported to agent who refused a discount. If we could have found a suitable alternative at short notice we’d have moved out immediately. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, we cancelled the future bookings we’d made for an infinitely superior alternative at the same price. “

I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the home owner for the entrance code while at the airport . There was no communication prior to our trip. According to the description there was a king size bed, which there was not. The beds were not comfortable at all. “
