„Frisch renovierte, luxoriöse Familienzimmer mit Tee, Wasser, Kekse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gute Restaurantempfehlung (King's Head), schöner Park, fantastisches Frühstück, obwohl gerade die Küche (schick) renoviert wird. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert.“

„A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast very enjoyable. Thank you. I have been a regular guest for years and I can recommend it to anyone on a short stopover!“

„Es wurde zwar nur eine Nacht dort verbacht, aber das Haus machte einen optimalen Eindruck!“

„Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade.“

„Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available.“

„Excellent stay in luxury Shepherds Hut with all you could need. Sorry we didnt get to use the log burner, but we were out every night at the excellent pub restaurants near by. Thank you.“

„Zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Bahn nach London. Sehr nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert mit einem schönen Bad.“
