„The entire property was so clean & well kept! The girl that checked us in was very professional & helpful. The breakfast was great & the options were wonderful. The room was spotless. The ONLY thing that would’ve been helpful was curtains in the room added to the window covering. I’d definitely book again if we’re ever this way again!“

„The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a ...

„Don’t have their pool or breakfast since they’re renovating everything. They still charge full price as if you get to swim or have breakfast. We booked with kids so we wanted a pool for them to swim and“

„The toilet handle broke and we had to take the top off to flush. The person at the front desk didn't seem concerned and didn't apologize or anything like that. Just said ok we'll take care of that.“

„The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend.“
