„This hotel is dirty. The shower curtain was stained. The carpets had dirt and grass in areas including the room. Couch was stained and bathtub was full of hair. Sadly it is the best available in Jonesboro without staying 30 miles aways.“

„The only thing I don’t like the room we stay there are 4-5 flys and mosquitoes inside the room and the single sofa has a stain that I can’t seat on it, they need to clean it up! About Food & Drinks: Coffee tastes like water but the juices are good. The breakfast food wasn't good; unlike other hotels that offer sausages or patties, they had pancakes, but they were very thin and tiny.“

„The room was very humid, like the carpet felt wet. The AC would blow cold air but humid air. So we felt cold and wet the entire time.“

„This was a new hotel. Rooms were not ready at all for guest. Breakfast was not set up well at all. Elevators didn’t work most of the time. Someone walked right in our room to take pictures & thought it was vacant. Only one small trash can in room. Towel rack was sitting on back of toilet not up on wall. No blow dryer in room. Just not all all worth the price we paid per night. Hopefully they get it together since it just opened.“
