„Gut gelegen mit Restaurant und See Anstoss “

„The motel was fine. Nothing was bad or good. I saw one worker while I was there. She was talking to another client so I went downstairs to talk to her about extending my stay by a night. She said that would not be a problem and that she would just charge my card another day. Everything else was done on-line. My room was fine, but my mattress seemed worn out. I've always enjoyed the location of the motel, being right on the main road and on the channel across the road from Lake Ruth!“

„On a road trip“

„Exactly as advertised. It was a perfect spot for our adventure. The host was easy to deal with and the cabin was clean. We will be back. “

„Staying in a tiny cabin is a new experience for most as it was for us. We found it to be quite cozy!! We enjoyed our stay. The tiny house was very well equipped with some ingenious ideas on how to be comfortable with limited room.“

„The way each rom is decorated differently.“

„Clean cabin, great communication“

„The instructions were not clear. We got in late. The instructions say at the top of the stairs but not where the stairs are. The host could not be reached at all. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. The light in the stairway was out which made the stairs even more dangerous. Half the lights in there didn't even work. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The first day my son accidentally spilled his drink and after he cleaned it up, we got a wet paper towel to ensure the floor ...

„Comfortable and relaxing spot as HQ for visit to Porcupine Mtns and exploring the Keweenaw.“

„We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated home, in our Paris themed room! The host is great👍! We would gladly revisit and highly recommend!“

„Very cute little place to stay at. Didn’t have extra toilet paper. No big deal we just went across the street to the gas station to get some.“

„Our room was very comfortable and clean!“

„Amazing stay, Owner super nice and her recommendations for meals was perfect.Nice and quiet, peaceful location“

„The cabin was very quaint and offered plenty of room in a very quiet, remote location. The stars were amazing…except for the mosquitoes!“

„I’ll definitely try to book again if I am ever up that way!!“

„The house is older and a little sad but it has a million dollar view. Two nice decks but no shade in the evening. Could use a few umbrellas only real complaint we had was the lack of any airflow downstairs. The room desperately needs a screen door or newer windows that open. If you have a group of friends or family it’s ideal. Senior citizens not so much the steps are a challenge, very steep.“

„These past 3 days were a trip back to my childhood! The coziness of the camper was very much like the one my parents had for our vacations. Most everything was typical of a maintained camper - gas stove with an electric option, windows, toilet, shower, refrigerator, with a modern plus of a microwave. Being next to Lake Superior/L'Anse Bay was a big plus. Owners were a phone call away if needed (I did call for info and they were answered immediately). The only drawback was that fact that US-41 ...

„The house was very comfortable overall, and the main bed in particular was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with enough essentials for us to prepare our meals without any issues. The only area that did not meet the same standard as the rest of the home was the bathroom. The shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, with noticeable soap scum on and underneath the provided shampoo and conditioner bottles. The oven could also use a deep cleaning. We manage a resort in Wisconsin, so we’re very ...

„Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO. We did see two different folk, leave after being baffled (?) by QR code contact/ admittance. The little Cabin was immaculate. Lake was too windy to enjoy & we checked into late to fire up the ...
