„Fantastischer Ausblick auf den See. Und das sogar aus dem Badezimmer!“

„We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Ouzoud Falls, and the view from our room overlooking the waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking! The room was beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom. Thankfully, the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so we kept the door closed after each use to minimize the smell. Aside from this issue, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We especially ...

„This place is a jewel in Ouzoud. Spacious hotel, grounds, and pool. Breakfast and dinner each night were very good traditional Morrocan.“

„The hotel definitely is not 4 stars. It is outdated and nothing has been replaced in years. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The TV and fridge barely work. There were only three other guests there when we stayed. The hotel is massive, so this was concerning. The lights on our floor were cut off completely in the hallway, which was not safe. I do not recommend this hotel. “

„Reserved but told on arrival that it is full. I recommend all the other accomodations, as you might not be treated with this amount of disrespect !!! “

„Good location on the lake. Good for water activities.“
