„Fantastischer Ausblick auf den See. Und das sogar aus dem Badezimmer!“

„We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Ouzoud Falls, and the view from our room overlooking the waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking! The room was beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewage odor coming from the bathroom. Thankfully, the bathroom was separate from the bedroom, so we kept the door closed after each use to minimize the smell. Aside from this issue, we had a wonderful experience. „The receptionists was very kind and friendly, great to get a warm welcoming. The apartment was great... nothing to complain. In overall, perfect.“

„Bonjour Un hotel agréable avec un staff très très accueillant surtout Mr Younes de la réception .“

„Todo ha ido muy bien, habitación súper amplia y cómoda. Personal muy amable.“

„Schönes Zimmer, allerdings war es kalt und die Heizung funktionierte. Essen war lecker“

I do not recommend this hotel. “

I arrived at the hotel and it looks like a ghost hotel. I saw couple of guys sitting at the entrance door and I spoke to them about my booking and showed my itinerary number and proof of booking but they didn’t give a single crap about it and kept saying we have no room available and we didn’t receive any money..you had been ...
