„You can see the hotel just got taken over by new owners, rooms are clean amenities like pool gym and spa are ok. Needs a little more cleaning in general, little things need to fix as it’s old and starting to break down. Restaurant is very good , but all depending what manager is there, customer service is lacking“

„Wirkt neu, ist sauber und freundlich. Der Wasserfall hinter dem Hotel ist leider kein Wasserfall mehr, weil kein Wasser. Nur Felsen. Aber wir hatten eh ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse. Ein totaler Witz aber ist der Pool, der ist winzig klein. Das Hotel ist neu und sehr sehr gross, was also soll das mit diesem Zwergen-Pool???“

First room had Hornet nest on bedroom wall inside; 2nd room locked out, battery low on keypad that no one knew how to replace!! Had to leave... manager rarely available to talk to about problems. 2 months later finally got an answer & credit. Terrible experience!“

„The property had a beautiful view of the lake and was conveniently located for attending both the Moxi Festival and the Great Maine Airshow. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances worked well. There were many outdoor attributes like the gas grill and kayaks that we didnt take advantage of. The cabin is rustic and smelled musty upon arrival but did air out overnight. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.“

„This was a comfortable place to stay for my husband and me on a recent long weekend. Has everything you need to cook, eat, and relax. My only complaint was the floors--cleaning staff may have forgotten to vacuum before we got there, because I wasn't able to walk around in my bare feet without feeling dirt and particles. There was a stick vacuum in the closet which I used to vacuum the place myself, after that I was more comfortable. The important places were clean--kitchen, bathroom and beds. ...
