„Im Vordergrund steht ganz einfach die persönliche Betreuung durch Adam und Anne! Sie haben das Haus liebevoll üppig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet. Auf Allergien wird Rücksicht genommen. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen . “

„Der Empfang war freundlich und das Personal sehr bemüht. Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr verwohnt ( obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren war auch die Couch als Bett hergerichtet, wodurch sehr wenig Raum zum Bewegen war) und kein Wohlgefühl aufkam. Der Garten war lieblos und ungepflegt. Insgesamt ein sauberer Aufenthalt mit Flair, der leider nur oberflächlich war.“

„Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. „We loved staying in this big old mansion and appreciating how they built them in the old days. Jim and Susie are warm, friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast each morning was tasty and delicious. We got to really appreciate how nice Cherry Valley was when we went downtown to Cooperstown one night. What a horrible tourist town. It was nice to get back to Cherry Valley. We were there for the Glimmerglass festival which is very close and only a few minutes away.“
