"Hello everyone, We stayed one night at the hotel and overall everything was fine. All basic necessities were provided, and the lady at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, my sister forgot her stuffed animal in the room. About a week later, we made a special trip back to the hotel to pick it up, as we could not find an email address and no one was reachable by phone. According to the staff, nothing had been found or set aside. This was very disappointing for us, as we are certain that the item was left in the room. It was quite large and not something that could easily be overlooked. Please be careful with your belongings and make sure not to forget anything, as lost items do not seem to be kept and may disappear."
