„Dieses Hotel ist eine Vollkatastrophe! Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht; der Check in dauerte über 2 Stunden mit Anstehen, die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt; von 4 Fahrstühlen funktionierte nur einer und der war am vorletzten Abend defekt, so dass wir 15 Etagen die Treppe benutzen mussten. Handtücher mussten wir in der Rezeption selbst abholen.“

„It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this ...
