„This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. The one in the living room was logged into Netflix luckily and the one in the bedroom was logged into Prime. The view from the bedroom was amazing! It stormed the first night we got there. „We had a wonderful stay and Dana was a fantastic and responsive host for our couple questions. Indoor/outdoor living with the covered deck space was perfect for evenings and we enjoyed the swing on the boat dock and grilling for dinner. Highly recommend!“

„I am a teacher and had a student conference at the Hot Springs Convention Center the week of March 11th. There were five students, myself and another chaperone staying at this home. There was easily more space for another 5 students. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. My students were so excited to be able to grill on the patio and fish from the dock. We want to come back with our daughter and her family in the next couple of years. The only thing we didn't like was that is it no handicap accessible. „We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful, very comfortable bed. It was a quick one night stay but we plan to return for a long weekend. Poor cell service made things difficult when we had a hiccup with check in (detailed email didn’t reach us) Our fault for not alerting the host before midnight when we arrived but with poor cell service we had to back track until we could get service to reach out for help. The host was very helpful once we reached her.“

„This is now our go to place to stay when visiting this area of Arkansas. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a balcony, with a large tub and a large separate shower. It also had a washer and dryer in the apartment! Great communication with the staff! If I only had a fishing pole with me, there is a lake right behind the building we stayed in. Outstanding!“
