„Hotel wird renoviert. Zimmer nicht fertig. Bei unserem wurde noch am selben Tag gearbeitet. Starker Klebstoffgeruch führt zu Kopfschmerzen. TV und Wlan funktionieren nicht. Zimmerwechsel war nich möglich. Unfreundliche Rezeption“

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“

„A room with two so called “double beds” was sold for a family with a teenager. Thee persons had to sleep on two narrow beds, which of both is not considerably larger than a normal single bed.“

„Alles in allem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Etwas hellhörig, aber das sind die neusten hotels immer. Am besten war das Bett, das sehr bequem war. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal nett.“

„Breakfast optional was not good ..... coffee, muffins , yogurt and oranges. No milk or juice. Some cups and utensils would be nice. I ordered takeout and didnt get utensils so i had to go ask downstairs .... Lucky they had plastic forks . Other then that friendly staff and room d details are correct. “
