Schönes Motel mit schönen Zimmern. Frühstück wird im benachbarten Restaurant eingenommen und ist deutlich besser als das übliche Buffet. Störend war, dass das Zimmer eine Verbindungstür hatte, hierdurch noch hellhöriger war und das bei einem Nachbarn, der die GANZE Nacht den Fernseher laufen liess.

Schönes, entspanntes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen
Check-In 1a, sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, ich habe mich selten in einem H/Motel so wohlgefühlt. Frühstück inklusive im ca. 100 Meter entfernten Restaurant, sehr empfehlenswert, Kaffee ausgezeichnet. Im Restaurant kann man auch sonst sehr gut essen.

We had a double queen room with a full kitchen which made our meals easy. The hotel also gave us a cook breakfast from their restaurant each day. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They have a laundry room and we were able to do our laundry twice during our stay.

The room was clean and well Maintained, two pools and a very nice complimentary breakfast venue. There's quite a bit of road noise when sitting at one of the pools.

Free breakfast in a restaurant with every wall packed with old photos and interesting information about the complex history of the area. Close to the river and many main attractions around town. Five days, great stay! Great weather early March.

Cons--not well kept up, has a pool and hot tub, backyard style would not call it a spa or oasis. rusted faucets, worn out carpets, trimming, poor paint, bad smells in room and towels do not smell clean etc. the word motel in the name should be your first red flag!! Pros--Staff was nice, thank you Chad nice guy, the other quest were friendly down to earth and good to talk with.

Older property that is well maintained & well staffed. Large room with excellent bed, convenient laundry, delicious breakfast at Yuma Landing included. Easy parking to load & unload car& convenient location for shopping, site seeing or going to Algodones. I’d recommend this place to others.

STINKS I’m not sure why nobody mentions that the rooms smell like an ashtray. Like someone just smoked a pack the night before. My eyes were burning the minute I walked in. I tried to be a trooper and sleep through but woke at 10:30pm and couldn’t fall back asleep even with the sheets wrapped around my face as a mask. I moved to the car with the pillow but that didn’t last. Eventually decide to check out and move to another hotel at 1:00am. Next day, went back to ask for refund and had zero objections. Vicki was superb and kindly initiated the request for a full refund without issue. No idea why this hotel is reviewed so highly on Expedia. It’s not accurate whatsoever. If you have any type of allergies, don’t stay here.
