Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Best Western sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten uns über ein Zimmerupgrade freuen, das wir für unseren kompletten Aufenthalt hatten. Der Pool hat uns im Februar mit seiner angenehm warmen Temperatur total verwöhnt. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist schwer in die Jahre gekommen und liegt direkt an der Interstate 8. Daher ist es sehr laut. Zudem lief die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage und nur mit Ohrenschutz war es irgendwie erträglich. Abschalten der Klimaanlage war nicht möglich.

Room faced directly to the freeway. Noisy all night, no sleep possible. Felt like the trucks were driving directly through the room. All a bit outdated. Breakfast was ok.

Everyone was super nice and attentive from the front staff, cleaning ladies and cafeteria ladies. Breakfast had a lot of different options and was delicious. Rooms were clean and neat.

The room was dirty, outdated and not taken care of. There were no linens available for the pull out couch in the room or at the front desk. Also there was no elevator or even convenient stairs to our room to carry our items.

The blinds were so dusty, and there was spider webs on the window inside the room. Wires hanging from the ceiling. The bathtub was disgusting as there was paint spots all over the tub. The shower curtain had a rip in it.

we had 2 rooms. 1 of them smelled like someone died or infested with mold or something. They moved us but... all the way upstairs far away from my elderly parents that need help. The maintenance gentlemen were SO VERY HELPFUL & KIND!

This was not a good stay at all. My room was old dated. Would not let me keep my bag at hotel while I did my business on base. Come to town frequently for business from Tucson. Won't EVER stay here again. There are plenty of others options nearby, especially for business travelers

The room was clean. A/C was on when we walked in and was nice and cold.Toilet was loose, all in all it was good. Would stay here again. The 4 stars mostly because it's older (renovated) it shows in the building. No elevator, so if you have problems with stairs get the first floor.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. The pool was heated and the breakfast was better then expected. Overall great pne night stay. 2 adults 7 children, one night.

Staff, hotel and area were nice. How ever the AC/heating unit did not work. We were hot all high and the bathtub and sink were plugged. Would stay again if that wasn’t an issue.

We stayed only one night, while traveling through Yuma enroute to Texas. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included free breakfast was good, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles, along with assorted cereals and fruit. Encountered a few problems with the room, but they did not otherwise hamper our stay. The toilet was loose on the floor (rocked side-to-side), the exhaust fan did not work in the toilet/shower area, the sink drain pipe was leaking water on the floor, and the the shower head was loose and not adjustable (these problems were reported to the staff upon check-out). Otherwise, not a terrible stay.

Truly excellent value for the money. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast quite good, but the staff is amazing - from check-in to the servers at breakfast. One of the best stays we've had, ever!

The shower didn’t work. The noise from the pool generator and the refrigerator was extremely high. We hadn’t realized there were stairs and they were confusing to navigate. Included breakfast was ample and tasty.

Disappointing!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the condition of my room. Not sure how it got 3 star rating. The paint job was untidy, the chair was tattered, and the bathroom light and door lock were not working properly. The cafeteria was also quite small and cramped. The ambience was dull. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience at this hotel.
