Guests have access to the entire house, except for two private storage areas: the pantry in the kitchen and a locked closet in the hallway, which are reserved for owner use.

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.

Additional Rules
Smoking rules
Smoking is prohibited on our property. A fine of $300 or more may be charged for smoke odors detected during cleaning.

Pool & Spa Rules
- Supervision: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while swimming or near the pool.
- Safety Rules:
- No diving allowed.
- No glass near the pool.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their group.
- The heating fees will be collected separately prior to usage.
- The pool service is scheduled on Thursday, 11am - 4pm.

Parties and Events Policy
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and respect for our neighbors, parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and will be enforced using NoiseAware decibel level monitoring devices in common areas.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
If evidence of a party or event is detected, including:
- Camera footage
- Excessive garbage
- Noise disturbances
You will face a $500 fine, possible eviction without reimbursement, and potential legal action. Additional costs for extra cleaning or damages will also apply.

For Outdoor Fireplace
* Only Duraflame (or similar) logs allowed. No wood permitted.
* Clean fireplace and throw the ashes (only touch ashes once cooled down!!) in the trash


For BBQ
* No food should be remaining unattended on BBQ
* Remove any left over food pieces and particles
* Clean BBQ with the metal scrapper provided after each use

Important disclosures
- The outdoor fire pit does not operate with propane tank. Please keep propane tanks far away when using fire logs.

Firearms and Safety guidelines
- We strictly prohibit guest from getting or using any firearms at the property.
- If the guest plans to get any weapons (even if licensed) to the property, they need to get consent from the host prior to booking the house.
- If the guest finds any weapon at the property, it should be immediately reported to the host
- If any unreported weapons will be considered as serious breach to safety policy and will be reported and penalized accordingly.
