This Yucca Valley home is located up on the mesa and is a 10-min drive to Joshua Tree, 10 minutes to the JT National Park entrance and 5 minutes to the Yucca Valley town area.

There is a dedicated work space, fast Wifi, a smart TV, a smart thermostat, washer/dryer and an outdoor dining space.

This modern and recently renovated desert home is well stocked for up to five guests. The entire house and the half acre that it sits on is yours to enjoy.

The home's outdoor area is surrounded by mountain and desert views. Enjoy a cup of coffee or sit and watch the sun set after a long day. The property includes hammocks surrounded by Joshua Trees. Soak in the private hot tub while star gazing at night.

At night the landscape lights turn on which create a beautifully lit pathway to the many outdoor areas, in addition to lighting some of the Joshua Trees on the property. It's truly a peaceful place to enjoy.

The hot tub is one of our favorite parts of this home. Soothe your achy muscles in the warm water at the end of a busy day hiking or walking trails in the Joshua Tree National Park. When the sun sets, there are spa lights and high/low jets that can be adjusted for your enjoyment.

Our home is dog friendly! There is a large fenced off backyard. We allow up to 2 dogs to stay at our home per stay and will charge an additional fee of $40 for the entire stay. Please keep in mind that Joshua Tree is home to many predatory species of wildlife including: coyotes, rattlesnakes, hawks, scorpions, spiders, and rodents. Please do a quick walk around the backyard area before letting your dog out to play, especially in summer months when snakes are more common. Also, there is currently an owl nesting in one of the Joshua Trees in the back. Please keep an eye on your dogs at all times.

Cook a meal in the full-size kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, dishes, flatware, cups, wine glasses, wine opener, cooking supplies, etc. There is seating for five at the dining table (indoors) and ample seating outside at the picnic table. Whether you prefer indoor or outdoor dining we have you covered :)

The home's bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, washcloths, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. An iron, wash basket and dedicated hot tub towels are also available for guests to use.

Guests have full control of the smart thermostat to enjoy heat/AC to their preferred taste. Complimentary laundry soap is available so that you don't have to take home dirty laundry. Help yourself to the washer/dryer in the home.

Our home is family friendly! We have games and toys for kids of all ages as well as a pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes and utensils.

The living room is equipped with comfy lounge furniture and contemporary decor. A smart TV is available for guests to use and enjoy.

There are two bedrooms in this home in addition to a pull-out sofa:

1) King bedroom that sleeps two
2) Queen bedroom that sleeps two
3) Living room sleeper pull-out sofa can sleep two

My family and I are big fans of the Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree areas. We enjoy the central location of the home in addition to the peaceful, tranquil experience you get when relaxing here.

We commonly see guests come to Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree for the national park, weekend getaways, family trips, hiking excursions/classes, horseback riding, yoga, holiday travel, tournaments and much more!

Guest access:

Other than the garage, guests have access to this entire home and the fully fenced-in backyard with hot tub, hammocks, patio and outdoor picnic table. There is ample parking in the driveway for guest's to use.
