Mojave Retreat is a charming 2-bedroom ranch house in Yucca Valley with a spacious backyard, thoughtfully designed living spaces, and everything you need to relax and recharge. Located just 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and around the corner from the area's best dining and shopping, we're the perfect home base for your trip to the hi desert.

The space:
We've designed our home to feel modern and sophisticated, but still casual and inviting. Tons of natural light will make you feel right at home in the desert. Whether you're here to work or relax, we've got you covered with versatile spaces planned with your needs in mind.

Our private backyard is fenced in and provides plenty of room to stretch out. We have a beautiful view of the mountains and you'll see city lights in the distance. The backyard is ideal for stargazing. You will never see a clearer night sky!

The house has tons of character paired with all the modern amenities you'd expect: Nest thermostat-controlled heating and cooling, TV with Roku access so you can cast your favorite apps, high-speed wireless internet for streaming or video calls, and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are uniquely designed and feature Bluetooth speakers and spacious closets. The chef's kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and glassware needed to host a dinner party, but we also recommend taking advantage of the great local restaurant scene. Please note that while there is a fire pit in the backyard, the indoor fireplace is not available for use at this time.

Other things to note:
We allow one dog per reservation for a flat fee, and the pet must be added to the guest count at the time of booking. Additional pets must be approved or will incur a nightly penalty. Cats are not permitted.
