• CLEANING FEE
As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.

• PETS
Dogs can be allowed, with approval and pet fee (fee found in House Rules)

• POOL
The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool".

• DIRECTIONS
GPS will bring you easily to the property.

• CAMERA
Outdoor forward facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home.

The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest's stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas.

• A/C & Heater
Hillside Desert house is cooled and heated by central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year long.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.

If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• WIFI
Strong and reliable wifi with 200GB. We would recommend this property to "work from home".

• HOT TUB and POOL - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub or pool.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.



• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages
