„I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. „wir haben die Panoramic Suite gebucht. diese liegt im 49. Stock und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt Toronto. Wir sind mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben eine Rundreise gemacht und dies war mit Abstand der beste Übernachtungs-Ort. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, die Parkgarage im eigenen Haus sehr gut. Die Lage und Ausblick hervorragend. nicht mal 10 Minuten zu Fuss waren wir mitten im Zentrum, wo das grösste Einkaufszentrum liegt.“

"I did not sleep where I booked because the friendy lady to whom I talked in the phone moved me to another place not far away which was okay with me. The room was small but really nice with two big windows and it was clean. The kitchen lies across the hall and was a bit dirty. The sink and the fridge were extremely dirty. The toilet was across the hall, too and okay. I didn't use the shower next door because it was dirty. My room was very cold but the bed was warm and comfortable. Alltogether I must say that it's a beautiful building but it needs a lot more attention."
