The team at ‘This Is Not Here’ invite you to discover York, Malton, Beverley, Pocklington and the wider Yorkshire by staying in our boutique luxury studio cottage which sits at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds and Howardian Hills (AONB).

This stylish luxury studio cottage is perfect for a holiday away whilst enjoying all the comforts of home.

As a self-catering studio cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a boiling tap, a freezer, and SMART TVs along with BOSE stereo.

The studio cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a cinema size television and super fast internet access.


This studio cottage can sleep upto 5 people, with a choice of double sofa bed, double and single bed or upto 3 single beds.


There is shower room with sink along with a separate WC with sink.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property for upto 2 cars.
- Upto 2 well behaved dogs are allowed at the property with no extra charge. However we do not accept reactive dogs or allow them to be left in the cottage alone or on furniture. Dogs must always be accompined when at the property and grounds.

The area is great for a range of activities, including walking, running, cycling, museums and amazing restaurants and bars. Upto 2 dogs are allowed at the property, but are not allowed to be left alone in the cottage. If you would liketo bring more than 2 dogs, please message us prior to booking as there will be an additional charge.
