The space
This is a very charming and stylishly updated unit that is perfect for families or large groups. This unit is a 1st-floor unit located in a 4-family private home with its own private entrance. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. It is located in a quiet, safe, and historic neighborhood. The unit can comfortably fit 12 people (1 Queen, 3 Full, 2 Twins, 1 sofa bed).

A few additional details--

Central Manhattan (Times Square, Madison Square Garden, etc.) is accessible by bus + subway, train, and car from the house. By car - 30 minutes, train - 25-30 minutes, bus + subway - 50 minutes. The train option is probably the least costly because by car you would need to likely pay for parking. The Metro North train ride is approximately $6-7 and the train stop is 15 minute walk from the house. Alternatively, you can Uber to the train station (~3-minute Uber ride).

The unit is free of clutter and maintained in immaculate condition. The fridge is empty and sparkling.

In addition to the driveway, plentiful/free/unrestricted street parking is available. The Samsung washer and dryer are accessible to guests. Lastly, this home has a patio/backyard at the rear of the home with table and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!

Enjoy the whole apt: Full kitchen, Large Dining room, 3 full bathrooms, 1 Laundry room, and massive living room. Outside you have access to the side deck with a table and chairs. You also have 4 parking spots on the driveway and plenty of free street parking.

Other things to note
We like to have a sense of who will be renting the house and why you are coming to the area. Please be sure to include the last name when you sign up for Airbnb, and please tell us who will be staying at the house, including the number of adults and children, and the ages of children. We really appreciate hearing a bit about you, your travel plans, etc.

You do not need to bring sheets and towels. All sheets and towels will be freshly washed for your arrival. The house itself will be professionally cleaned for your arrival and will be professionally cleaned upon your departure. We ask that you kindly leave the house tidy and put dishes in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher when you leave. Thank you!
