„Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added. “

„The main lights were not on when I drove in so I was unsure if I was at the right place. This was the end of a 10+ hour drive. The person on duty had a hard time finding my reservation. When entering the room, it had an odor and the air was not on so it was hot. The actual room was no where close to the photos posted on there website. „When we arrived the place looked deserted with only one car in the parking lot. Walking in we found out the place was under a complete renovation which was not disclosed on the Expedia page or their website. Many of the amenities were also not available such as the hot tub, bar and breakfast.
