"Leider können die Koreaner immer boch kein Englisch, uch war im Signiel vor 6 Jahren schon mal. Nachdem uns ein Upgrade augeschwatzt wurde und ein Frühstück inklusive , mussten wir das zahlen. Ein Armutszeugnis für so ein teires Hotel. Sehr unflexibles Personal bor allem der Rezeptioschef vom 22.04 Mr Chung!! "

"Very nice hotel in a good location in Myeongdon Seoul. Good connection with subway entrances around the hotel. The hotel is typical Westin Quality (very good!) and the Westin beds are very nice, with high quality Westin mattresses (that are very nice for people with back issues like me). The staff is super friendly and helpful. Was my 2nd time in a Westin Hotel (1st was the Bund in Shanghai) and I would definitely choose a Westin Hotel again."
