„We had 4 rooms in our group that were paid at booking. 3 rooms were charged at check in and told, “it’s because Hotels.com used the wrong code”. Watching to be sure we are refunded the extra charges. Very frustrated. The manager wouldn’t even bother to speak to me in person, just over the phone. Terrible customer service by her. I certainly hope they are able to figure out the issue. Not at all comfortable with their process. I have never, in all my years utilizing Hotels.com, had this happen.“

„It’s a cute 3 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable with lots of treats (coffee, popcorn). However, there was a lot of noise into the early morning hours from the bar across the street in the one bedroom with a window facing the street. We stayed a Friday night perhaps it’s quieter during the week.“
