This home can accommodates 4 guests and is in a great location to begin your adventure. This townhouse has easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.

This unit is a two story with the main floor consisting of the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and guest half bath. The upper level has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The living room is furnished with a reclining couch, accent chair for encouraged relaxation and a desk and office chair for business or social media needs. You can also watch movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi, now it’s time to relax and enjoy. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs, cookware and dinnerware everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.

The upper level has the two queen size bedrooms equipped with nice bedding and linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and large closets. The bathroom is commonly shared and our bathrooms have a full supply of fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion, hand held shower heads and hair dryers for the convenience of our guests.

Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Nice private patio.

Guests have the entire place to themselves.

We can be reached almost any time if you have any questions or issues.

This is a very quiet, safe area of Yakima and has very little traffic.

There is a bus stop within the block and Yakima is an Uber friendly town.

Bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs, must climb stairs inside.
