Ein sehr gepflegtes Motel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein guter Service. Derzeit befinden sich leider Straßen arbeiten direkt vor dem Haus. Aber ab abends ist dort Ruhe. Leider scheint sich ein paar Meter weiter ein sozialer Brennpunkt auf zu tun. Dies scheint aber eine neuere Entwicklung zu sein. Kann also nicht dem Hotel zu Last gelegt werden. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr bemüht dies einzugrenzen. Es gibt beim Check in kostenlose Getränke, Kekse und eine phänomenal leckere Limonade. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Fitnessraum kann sich wirklich sehen lassen. Auch die Preise fürs Wäsche waschen/trocknen sind fair. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Gutes Hotel
Gutes sauberes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, genau das, was wir von Best Western gewohnt sind. Einziger kleiner Makel war, dass unser Zimmer direkt an das Hallenbad grenzte und somit trotz geschlossener Fenster der Badespaß der anderen Gäste ziemlich laut zu hören war. Ansonsten alles ok und empfehlenswert.

Best Western minus
Um dieses Hotel sollten Sie einen weiten Bogen machen. Ausstattung und Service stehen in keinerlei Verhältnis zum völlig überhöhten Preis. Was dieses Best Western als "plus" qualifizieren soll, ist nicht erkennbar. An den Tagen vorher hatten wir mit "einfachen" BW- Häusern zu deutlich niedrigeren Preisen wesentlich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Anrichte und Tische im Frühstücksraum waren schmuddelig, es fehlten ständig Zutaten oder Besteck, die Abfallbehaelter wurden nicht geleert und die "Servicekraft" ließ sich kaum blicken. WiFi war nicht verschlüsselt, obwohl Zugangsdaten ausgegeben wurden. Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer extrem gekühlt, so dass man trotz 41 Grad Außentemperatur erst einmal die Heizung (!) anmachen musste, um sich in dem Raum aufhalten zu können. Der Aussenbereich war trostlos.

They had some middle school basketball tounament going on in town and the kids were uncontrolled and unsupervised. They were sitting in the stairwell blasting music. Slamming doors and running down the hallway. By 945pm i called the front desk and they said quiet time was 10pm and they would make "there rounds" after such. I was there for 2 nights and heard running in the hall, squealing, doors slamming well past 10 till almost 1. At the pool there would be a group of 6 to 8, 11 to 13 year old in the pool, with 0 supervision. They were on each others shoulders, splashing and screaming. We had to ask 2 different staff for pool towels and once they brought them by the kids tore through them dropping multiple on the wet floor. There was a family with full size pool floaties and pool balls floating around the pool and smacking the balls at each other to where we almost got hit. At breakfast the kids were still not supervised and made a huge mess out of the waffle and other areas then didnt clean up after themselves. Other than that, the beds creaked horribly and we could feel the springs of the mattress. The TV remote in our room wouldnt work at times. My boyfriend found hairs in the bathtub and the shampoo and conditioner were so small, there was no way we could share. Got barely any sleep, didnt even try for breakfast, and with the hottub down then a light being pulled out of the pool and sat on the side of the pool was just overall horrible. I drove 8 hours to graduate.

The area around the hotel is unsafe and I did not feel comfortable as a single woman. The door to my room was old and the lock questionable. Staff were very nice but I would never stay in that area again.

Hotel was within blocks of a major homeless hang out there were hundreds of homeless people all over the place. I made complaints to the front desk about the people above us pounding on the floor late and then very early in the morning. They stated they were going to call the people above me, but the noise did not stop. I had a long distance drive to do Sunday and got very minimal sleep. We were at a sporting event and looking forward to the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order when we got there. There was a nonstop barking dog in the room right next to us that I made several complaints about, but nothing changed as far as the noise . The ice machine was broken. The vending machine worked when it felt like it. On Saturday after returning to the hotel and we were exhausted, our keys had been deactivated so we had to go all the way around and have them programmed again just so we could get in the side door to get into our room. The pool was freezing cold and the second time we went down there to give it another try the light at the end of the pool was floating and still had the electrical cord attached. I did go to the front desk check out to return my keys and let them know that we stay in different hotels every other weekend and travel for sporting events and this was by far the worst experience I have had all year. The front desk lady told me she would make a note of it . I did not feel like there was any sympathy for my concerns and never an apology for our experience.

Property is not on the best part of town. Being a single woman I did feel a bit uneasy. Breakfast could have been a lot better. The menu stated there was oatmeal with toppings, so naturally, I assumed that the oatmeal was already prepared and I could just get a bowl of it and add some brown sugar and whatever to it. That is not the fact it is instant oatmeal that you put in a recycled bowl with hot water so by the time your oatmeal is cooked. You’ve also waterlogged the recycled bowl and now it taste like the bowl. Super disappointing.

I'm glad I went there.
Perfect for me. Hot breakfast was just what I needed. It is desgined for business travelers, so the quality of your stay will be much better. This beats that Wyndham-owned hotel in Sea Tac, which was horrible. But Best Western Plus helped me forget the bad experience. I recommend this hotel to all.

Check-in was quick, and we got two complimentary bottles of water, but the lady never smiled. It’s ok, we can survive. Our king room was good and spacious. It was very warm in the hallways and stairways, I appreciated that. Special thanks for 24/7 coffee and juice machines with nice choices, in the open dining area. Pool was also 24/7 open, but the jet tub didn’t work, and the water in the pool was murky and of strange color, so we didn’t risk to use. The pool was heated though. Fitness center was small but cute (no smell!), treadmill out of order. Also, for the first time in our lives we had a view on a trailer park from our window, it was… refreshing 😂 and some homeless people around the hotel area, so we worried a bit, but the night went well and quiet. Breakfast was quite ok. Would I stay again? Probably.

I had 4 of my team members scheduled to stay there for the week due to a job we had in Yakima. They called me on Monday saying that they need a new place to stay. The area is unsafe and we have lots of expensive tools in our vehicles. They also mentioned the plumbing and hot water did not work properly.

Yes we called all of arrivels that day due to the hotel not having any water , but we gave all guests the option to stay at our sister propertry The holiday Inn just 1.5 miles away for the price with sercured gated parked. Sorry you were not able to stay. Due to the Holiday Week the plumbers two different companies could not get the parts needed to fix our hot water. But our solulation was to place any and all guests in our other hotel just down the street. Sorry your plans of staying with us didn't work out. But thank you for letting us know .
