To clarify it was definitely not coffee and not anything close to the color of coffee. We did take pictures of the damaged linens and It was management(not the front desk) that made the decision to charge for the damaged linens that had to be thrown away because the substance would not wash out. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. The bed was very comfortable and it’s quite even close to the highway. A trainee made a mistake and cancelled our reservation. I had already paid for the room but had to pay again and they said Expedia would refund me. I hope they do!
